Frequently asked questions

  1. How do I start off?

    Just goto the shop and add your products by clicking on the + button button and you are done!
  2. Is it neccessary to have an account to shop?

    No, while it is not necessary to have a farmkart account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop and checkout by providing just your email ID.
  3. How do I pay?

    You can pay cash to the farmkart representative when the order is delivered. We will be introducing online payments using credit carts and net banking shortly.
  4. What is the minimum order?

    The minimum order is Rs.100.
  5. Is there a delivey charge?

    No all our deliveries are free.
  6. How fast do you deliver?

    Order placed till 11:30 PM will be delivered to customer on next day morning between 7:30 AM and 11:30 AM
  7. What if I need faster delivery?

    We do offer a priority delivery service at an additional charge of Rs.20 per delivery. Delivery in this model will be done within 2 hours of placing the order. Incase you need your order to be delivered in the priority mode, then please contact us with your order number after placing the order.
  8. What if I am not at home when you deliver?

    If you are not at home, you can ask us to leave the order with your neighbour.
    You also have an option to have the order delivered to your work place
  9. What if a product is out of stock?

    If a product is out of stock, we will call you ask if you prefer an alternative product. Otherwise we will deliver without the product.
  10. Are there any hidden charges?

    No, There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with farmkart. we belive in transparent pricing and the price you see in your cart is the price you pay.
  11. How do I check the status of my order?

    Your order will normally be delivered within the time frame. However, incase you have questions or the order was not delivered you can contact us
  12. Can I cancel my orders?

    Yes, you can cancel your orders provided we have not already dispatched it. To cancel your order please contact us
  13. When will farmkart deliver to my city?

    farmkart is rapidly expanding, and we will be in your city very soon.
  14. What is the product was not fresh?

    If the product was not as per expectations, please contact us so that we can either replace the product.
  15. What is your return policy?

    All products sold at farmkart are covered under Replacement Guarantee. Contact us of any problems, and we will issue a new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund your amount.
